Common questions

The platform is open to logistics, freight, and transport companies. The first 100 firms join as founding members: they apply directly and are accepted by regional-admin approval only. Once the founding quota is full, every new member needs referral codes from two different founding members. Members of the Control is Better WhatsApp group are natural founding-member candidates.

No. Member identities are completely hidden from one another. A reported company can submit an objection using the public report number, but they will never know which member filed it.

No. Documents are reviewed only by administrators. If they are satisfied the report is accurate, it is approved and other members see the report details — never the document, the court decision file or the reporting firm.

Every report requires a description and a document. Reports backed by an official file (enforcement of a judgment, enforcement without judgment, cheque/note enforcement, bounced-cheque complaint) are published on approval; claim-type reports (unpaid invoice, no proceedings) only become visible after 3 independent members file the same company. Every report is reviewed by an administrator before publication; uploaded documents are visible to administrators only and are never shown to members.

Reports remain active for 3 years, after which they are automatically archived. Archived reports are no longer searchable but remain in the system for record-keeping purposes.

Until 31 Dec 2026 membership is free: applying costs nothing and every firm gets 1000 queries per month. Official billing starts on 1 Jan 2027 with the monthly, yearly and supporter plans shown above, paid online or by bank transfer. Firms that do not choose a plan continue free of charge with 100 queries per month. Full members can file reports and use all features; filing reports is always free.
